Where we ship
We ship to Italy and every country in the European Union. Within the Union there are no customs formalities and no duties: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, VAT included.
Preparation time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment. The oil is packed carefully in protective materials designed to keep the bottles intact in transit.
Delivery times
The times below are indicative and start from dispatch, not from the order. The exact time depends on the carrier you choose at checkout.
- Italy: 24-48 working hours
- European Union: 3-6 working days
- Islands and remote areas: a few days longer
Every shipment includes online tracking; the tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves us.
Shipping costs
Costs depend on weight and destination and are calculated automatically at checkout, before you confirm the order — no surprises afterwards. They include secure packaging, protective padding and reinforced tape.
Packaging
Bottles are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in rigid corrugated cardboard boxes. Our aim is that your oil arrives in exactly the condition in which it left the estate.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Accept the delivery with a written reservation on the carrier’s document and photograph the packaging and the contents. Write to us within 24 hours at info@tenutecatena.com, attaching the photos: we will replace the product or refund you in full, at our expense.
